The name "Prospice" comes from Robert Browning's powerful poem about facing the future with courage and determination. Written in 1864, the poem's title means "look ahead" in Latin, and its message embodies the essence of transformative leadership and resilience. In the poem, Browning confronts the inevitability of challenges with unflinching resolve, declaring "I was ever a fighter, so—one fight more, the best and the last!"
