How we work

We start by mapping where decision rights are unclear and where accountability is breaking down — the structural root of most of the friction that gets misdiagnosed as a people or culture problem. From there, coaching addresses both the structure and how you lead within it, so change holds under pressure rather than reverting once the coaching stops.

What's included

• 4 hours of coaching per month — structured as four 60-minute sessions, eight 30-minute sessions, or a custom mix depending on what's in front of you that month. Enough time to work through more than one issue in parallel: a structural decision-rights problem alongside a team dynamics issue, for instance, without either getting rushed.

• Bi-weekly strategic calls (45 minutes) — separate from coaching hours, focused purely on progress against what we've mapped and any course correction needed. Each call follows a set agenda and closes with a written summary of decisions and next actions, so nothing gets lost between sessions.

• Quarterly business review (90–120 minutes) — a deeper look four times a year at how the structural changes are landing: are decisions moving faster, is accountability actually sticking, is the team holding up under pressure. Comes out with a concrete plan for the next quarter.

• Custom frameworks and templates — built with you, not handed over generic. Decision-rights matrices, role-clarity documents, communication protocols — whatever the specific gap calls for, refined as you use them.

• Priority support (24-hour response, including weekends) — for the strategic questions and decisions that can't wait for the next scheduled call.

• Same-day emergency support — for genuinely urgent matters during business hours, including a brief phone consultation when text isn't enough.
