2 Hours of Coaching Time Per Month This allocation provides flexible scheduling options with sessions typically structured as two 60-minute sessions, four 30-minute sessions, or a combination based on client needs.

Sessions can be conducted via video conference, phone, or in-person depending on location and availability.
This time frame allows for meaningful progress on 1-2 primary objectives while maintaining momentum between sessions. Unused time does not roll over to subsequent months to encourage in consistent engagement.

​Email/Text Support (48-hour response time) Clients receive ongoing support through secure communication channels for quick questions, clarifications, or urgent guidance between scheduled sessions.
The 48-hour response commitment applies to business days (Monday-Friday), with emergency protocols available for critical business decisions (by mutual agreement).

This support covers brief strategic questions, accountability check-ins, and resource recommendations, but does not replace scheduled coaching sessions for complex discussions.

Monthly Strategic Check-in Call (30 minutes) A dedicated monthly call separate from regular coaching hours focused specifically on reviewing progress toward established goals, adjusting strategies based on results, and planning priorities for the upcoming month. These calls typically occur in the final week of each month and include a brief written summary of key action items and progress markers.
