Prospice Coaching has partnered with Coaching on the go (COTG), an innovative and cutting edge Leadership Development practice started by two Leadership Academics from Henley Business school in the UK.Participants on the COTG program receive a copy of the Coaching on the go ebook and a Leadership assessment using the Gizmo tool which generates a skills report.

 

The Go Skills report: When the Gizmo questionnaire is completed, the results are collated and generates a personal skills report.

 

The report measures 15 skills (known as the 15 Dimensions). Your test results are compared to a global database of other leaders who coach, to whom you can compare your results against (i.e. top 10%, bottom 10% and average).

 

This is represented visually using a horizontal Bar chart which highlights the areas which have the biggest potential for positive change. Based on your preference and personal circumstances will help you determine the areas you wish to focus on. The Gizmo tool and skills report is suitable for all levels of leaders from Graduate through to C-Suite executives and Entrepreneurs.

 

Besides offering the Stand alone COTG, I also offer the following custom packages which build on that are listed below together with links to each package for more details.

 

i)1 to 1 Leadership Development (Graduates , new starters and newly promoted).

ii)Established Leaders (including newly promoted).

iii. Senior Managers and Executives.

iv. Small Business owners and start-ups. the above are designed for each individual, with the intention of being applied within each individuals workplace.
