A confidential sounding board, when you need one

Running a business means making decisions that you often can't talk through with your team, your investors or your family. Is this the right hire? Should we take on this contract? What happens if this partnership goes wrong?

The Coaching Partner Program gives entrepreneurs and small business owners a trusted, independent third party to think out loud with before making a firm commitment. You bring the decision and I help you test it. We explore the hypotheticals, question the assumptions and look at the structure underneath the decision: who owns it, what it commits you to, and what it changes for the people around you.

There's no retainer and no fixed schedule. You use it when a decision calls for it.

Single Session: $250
One 60-minute confidential session, booked when you need it. Ideal for a specific decision or a first conversation.

Session Packs
3 sessions: $675 ($225 per session), to be used within 8 weeks
5 sessions: $1,050 ($210 per session), to be used within 12 weeks
For periods when several decisions are in play, such as a growth phase, a restructure or a new venture.

Light Access: $350 per month
One 60-minute session each month, priority scheduling, and additional sessions at $225. Unused monthly sessions can be used within 4 months and lapse if your subscription is cancelled. For owners who want a sounding board on standby without committing to a full coaching package. Cancel at any time.

If you need regular coaching, strategic calls and business reviews, the Tier 1–3 Established Leader packages provide a scheduled program of support. Clients can start with the Coaching Partner Program and move to a tier when it suits them.
